Apparently there are still people in Detroit who can buy pizza.  Who knew:

A pizza delivery man thwarted a robbery attempt Sunday night when he fatally shot one of the men allegedly trying to rob him on the city’s east side.

The man was making a delivery about 9:55 p.m. on the 20200 block of McCormick when he was approached by three men, Detroit police spokesman Yvette Walker said.

At least one of the men was armed, police said. The delivery man pulled a handgun and shot at the suspects, killing one of them. The man who died was in his late teens or early 20s, police said.

Investigators didn’t know the dead man’s name, Walker said.

As I have said before, I’m not celebrating the death of a thief, but the life of a hard working, law abiding citizen who simply exercised his God given right to life.

If the thief had no chosen to try to rob him, he’s be alive today.  Maybe enjoying a pizza.
