Cheney on Powell: "I Thought He Already Left the Party."

Quiet and reserved during his time in office, Vice President Dick Cheney has been very vocal about things since returning to the private sector.  This Sunday on “Face the Nation,” Cheney told Bob Schieffer that he’d take Rush Limbaugh over Colin Powell:

What was he supposed to say?  “Well, I think the guy who endorsed the Democrat candidate when the Republicans were running the most moderate, if not liberal, candidate they could, is the guy I side with.”

Please.

Colin Powell could have chosen to go with McCain, the candidate that fits the mold of all the so-called “moderate” Republicans, but he chose to support a Marxist.  Is there any doubt that Limbaugh is the better spokesman for conservatism?

The only reason this is news is because the press hates two people with such intensity it is near blinded by its own self righteous rage.  Those two people are Rush Limbaugh and Dick Cheney.
