I was a bit busy this weekend. I had enough time to read a few stories, but not enough time to blog about them. Here’s a few I thought you might want to know about:

• Drought in America is at a 10 year low and is not increasing. Global warming is still going to kill you.
• Britain is facing one of the coldest winters in a century.  
• The number of American military members killed in Afghanistan doubled in 2009.  
• The L.A. Times says, “Republicans are poised for a strong comeback in 2010.” Yeah, that L.A. Times.
• A Christmas ornament diverted a flight. No, really.
• North Korea is ready to play nice.
• Disney has bought Marvel Entertainment Group. Finally we can see the Wolverine v. Goofy Death Match.
• Congressmen ask General to drop the charges against some Navy SEALs who allegedly popped a terrorist in the mouth. The general declined.
• A Google exec is running for governor in Vermont.
• Even Democrats want Big Sis to step down.
• 20,000,000 Unemployed
• Democrats kick some poor black children out of private school.
• Apple expects to sell 10 million tablet computers in a year.
• The MU band disrespected the Navy band. The USS Missouri was not impressed.
• New Hampshire is preparing to tell the federal government what it can do with its gun laws.
• Hong Kong to China: One man, one vote
• It’s getting harder and harder to buy ammo in California.
